About SP8: training and innovation-related activities


These activities aim at accelerating dissemination of research result and facilitating technology transfer within the IP (by training for instance). In addition, accident analysis work is included to support the research carried out in the whole Integrated Project at the basis.

Specific objectives are:

  • To provide training and workshops where technology transfer is necessary
  • To determine for each project deliverable the most suitable category of follow-up and to determine the most suitable strategy for this follow-up (deliverable communication plan)
  • To protect knowledge developed within the project
  • To organize and co-ordinate various dissemination strategies.

Work in this sub-project has been divided into 3 work packages dealing with training, innovation related activities and accident analysis. The latter one (SP8.3: accident analysis) is headed by Yves Page

Sub Project 8 (WP8.1 and WP8.2) is headed by Carolien Buter.

Carolien Buter joined TNO in 2006. In her previous positions she managed various types of international projects
